Our story began in 1977 as a neighborhood bakery founded by Antonio's father, Mr. Alfio, who was a baker all his life.

In the last thirteen years, Gabriella and Antonio have expanded the bakery with special flours, hot meals, and many innovations. Their strengths include genuineness, variety, product innovation, and smiles.
 

Our bakery is a little happy world where simplicity and novelty reign supreme.
